Set in the grounds of Château des Termelles are 5 pavilions each with their own unique layout and character. The pavilions provide additional accommodation options to the Château, or if you’re hosting a wedding or large group, then they are perfect for your guests.
Les Séquoias is in a prime location overlooking the lawns of the Château and is approximately 100 yards from the Château itself. Les Séquoias can sleep 4 people in 2 double bedrooms and is split over 2 levels. The first floor provides a large open plan and fully equipped kitchen/dining/living room with flat screen tv, a family bathroom and a balcony with stunning views. There are 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor with a separate WC.
Les Chênes is across from the Gatehouse and would provide a perfect family base for your holiday. Bedrooms are on the first floor along with family bathroom. The property also offers a large family bathroom, fully equipped kitchen diner and separate living and dining room with flatscreen TV. The utility room has a toilet and a washing machine. At the front of the pavilion there is a paved outside dining area.
Les Cèdres is another 4 bedroom house in the small ‘hamlet’ in the grounds of the Château and offers the same great facilities from which all our properties on the site benefit. Les Cèdres is spacious and has original wooden floors and windows with views of the grounds.
The property also has a large family bathroom with large bath and separate shower. There is a well equipped kitchen with hob, oven, dishwasher and washing machine, toaster, microwave and adjoining dining room with patio doors out onto a beautiful private garden with BBQ, rockery, table, chairs and parasol.
There is also a large living/dining room with flat screen television. A downstairs toilet with wash basin is located in the central hallway.
To the rear there is a private patio for those the sunny evenings. This leads to the secret garden, the perfect location for a BBQ with friends.
Les Érables has now been renovated and welcomed its first guests in August 2017. The ground floor offers a large open plan kitchen and diner with adjoining living room. The first floor has 2 spacious double bedrooms and a family bathroom with separate shower. There is also a private garden with BBQ. This area was apparently used by gendames during the second world war. The walls surrounding this garden are largely made of flint which is common in this area.
